2. The Oracle APEX Branch Management & Acquisition Onboarding Hub

We engineered the Branch Management Data App on Oracle APEX 24.2 and Autonomous Database 23ai as a lightweight, high-governance bridge that goes live at a newly acquired branch in 48 to 96 hours. Local branch controllers log into a secure web portal to upload weekly or monthly trial balances, submit vendor payment batches for remote corporate authorization, and upload local bank statements.

Using OCI Document Understanding and Generative AI, the hub automatically parses non-standard PDF bank statements and local trial balance exports, normalizes dates and currencies, and maps local accounts to the corporate Chart of Accounts.

3. Built-In Intercompany Settlement (Avoiding $900K+ COTS Bloat)

Instead of purchasing a $900,000+ standalone commercial intercompany software package, our Branch Management platform includes a native Intercompany Settlement Hub. Parent and branch entities initiate, approve, and reconcile intercompany charges inside a single ACID database, automatically feeding clean elimination journals into Oracle FCCS or Hyperion HFM.
